Step-by-step instructions for installing your eSIM
Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap on "Cellular" or "Mobile Data"
Tap "Add Cellular Plan" or "Add eSIM"
Scan the QR code with your camera
If prompted, confirm you want to add the cellular plan
Label your new plan (e.g., "Travel eSIM")
Choose which line to use as default
Your eSIM is now installed and ready to use
Try entering the activation code manually instead. You can find the manual activation code in your order confirmation email or in the My eSIMs section.
Make sure Data Roaming is enabled for your eSIM. Go to Settings and enable roaming for your travel eSIM line. You may also need to restart your device.
Check that your eSIM is set as the active data line. Go to Settings and ensure your eSIM is selected for cellular/mobile data.
